Warranty Policy
Our warranty applies only to the original purchased item. Products that have already been replaced under warranty are not eligible for another replacement, and items that have been refunded cannot be claimed under warranty.
We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If you notice any issues, please contact us right away.
When submitting a warranty claim, you must provide at least one clear, high-resolution photo or video that shows the defect. If your claim is approved, we will replace the product with a new item of the same model and style. If an exact replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution at Baxxis’s discretion. Please note that refunds are not provided under the warranty.
If your product was received as a gift, we will require the original order details (order number or buyer’s information) to process the claim.
Please note that promotional items (sent for reviews, collaborations, etc.) and complimentary items (sent as goodwill gestures) are not covered by this warranty.
Our warranty only covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. It does not cover damage caused by:

Drops, falls, or accidents

Intentional modifications or third-party repairs

Items purchased outside of Baxxis or our authorized resellers

External factors such as heat, fire, water, or other environmental damage

Poor storage conditions, animal-related damage, or extreme environments

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or other aesthetic changes due to aging
