When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders are being dispatched from our warehouse in Lithuania, within 1-3 business days after placing the order. 

Depending on where you live, shipping usually takes:

  • Europe: 4-10 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7-15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

What materials are used to make your phone cases?

Baxxis cases feature a dual-layer design for ultimate safeguarding. The silicone inner layer excels at shock absorption and scratch prevention, while the tough outer shell reinforces this, ensuring your phone remains unscathed.

What's your return policy?

We operate a 14 day returns policy which means you have 14 days from receiving the item(s) to request a return/refund. You can see full details on our returns page.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if your order has not yet entered production. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us.

I've ordered the wrong item! What do I do?

Please contact us immediately using our contact form. We can change your order if it's not yet entered production. 

Do you dropship or make cases on your own?

All of the cases we sell are made with our own hands and stored in Vilnius, Lithuania, where our main warehouse is.

Do your cases provide sufficient protection for the phone's camera?

Our phone cases have a raised bezel around the camera, which ensures that the camera does not come in contact with flat surfaces when the phone is placed on its back. Also, we do sell camera glass covers separately, you can find them under accessories.

Do you have any warranty on your cases?
